Whether or not you know all these agents yet, they can be a crucial part of your support system — just like you are or will be to the agents you sponsor into the organization. We encourage you to reach out to any member of your squad for coaching, support, or guidance.

We’re diving into steps 3 and 4 of the 7-Step Agent Attraction process to learn more about the art of conversation.

Understanding your prospects hopes, dreams, goals, and challenges is key to guiding the conversation. At this stage you want to lead the conversation by showing that you understand what matters to them. This will help keep the conversation going.

Next, you want to invite them to learn more about the platform. Keep it light and not a hard sell. Remember, you’re not asking them to join eXp yet, just to learn more about it. You can do this with a direct or indirect invitation.
