90 Days to Activate” is a structured growth program designed to transform real estate agents into leaders who can build and scale high-performing organizations through duplication—not just personal production.

At its core, the program shifts the focus away from individual recruiting and toward developing rising leaders—agents who not only join but go on to sponsor and activate others. This creates a ripple effect of growth, turning linear effort into exponential expansion.

Participants begin by evaluating how they currently spend their time, using frameworks like the 4 Quadrants to identify gaps between income-producing activities and long-term wealth-building efforts like revenue share. From there, they are introduced to a simple, repeatable recruitment system:

Invite → Resource → 3-Way Call → Decision

This system becomes the foundation for duplication across the organization.

A key component of the program is the Game Plan Interview, a structured process used to launch or relaunch agents into recruiting with clarity and direction. Leaders are trained to standardize this process while still allowing for personal style in delivery and follow-up.

The program also emphasizes:

Taking inventory of your organization to align agents with the right path (selling vs. building)
Creating small, consistent actions that scale across teams
Building a culture of accountability, recognition, and simplicity
Leveraging weekly rhythms and calls to support growth at every level

Participants are given weekly assignments, including conducting interviews, promoting events, and activating their teams, all leading toward key launch moments that drive momentum.

The meeting focused on the “90 Days to Activate” program for leaders in the Focus 250 group, led by Jesse. The session began with recognition of Lynea and Ed for organizing the successful Seattle Regional Rally, which sold out with 250 tickets and had strong retention rates.
