The TAC Agent Attraction Playbook is a complete step-by-step system designed to help real estate agents confidently attract, connect with, and sort through growth-minded agents without feeling pushy or sales-focused. Instead of teaching traditional recruiting tactics, the playbook focuses on a “Sort, don’t sell” philosophy that helps agents position themselves as a valuable resource while using proven conversation frameworks, strategic follow-up systems, and third-party leverage to create natural business conversations. Through a simple 4-step process that includes the Conversation Starter, Resource Reply, Partner Intro, and Alignment phase, agents are given exact scripts, messaging templates, follow-up strategies, and activity systems that eliminate guesswork and create consistency. This training video, features Jesse Zagorsky, founder of the Agent Collective, and introduces a natural, four-step system designed to help you authentically attract agents to eXp without feeling salesy or making cold calls.

The core philosophy centers on the idea of “sort, don’t sell,” where you focus entirely on finding open prospects rather than convincing resistant ones.The playbook maps out a four-step framework:

Step 1: The Conversation Starter: Sending a warm, permission-based text introducing a 3.5-minute video called The Five Phases of an Agent’s Career.
Step 2: The Resource Reply: Sharing a 9-minute blueprint video once a prospect relates to the first video.
Step 3: The Partner Intro: Moving the conversation into a group text with a senior business partner for a live strategy session.
Step 4: The Alignment: Collaboratively determining if the prospect’s goals can be achieved faster through eXp, without any closing pressure.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT send any text messages to prospects until you have completed a Launch Call with your senior business partner! This is to avoid burning through your contact list until you have a strategy.
